Dr. Pham Gia Minh is a respected economic expert and independent researcher in Vietnam, having graduated in Economic Cybernetics in the Soviet Union and earned his Ph.D. in Economics at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. With nearly 45 years dedicated to research in the fields of socio-economic development, sustainable agriculture, and environmental protection, he is particularly known for his research and efforts to revive the Azolla plant (water fern) — a promising biological solution for agriculture and food security. He is also the author of the book "The Korean Economic Development Model – The Path to Prosperity," published in Russian, which is currently used as academic material by numerous research institutes and universities in the Russian Federation, including the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
