The \u201cKhoan 10\u201d (Contract 10) revolution in 1988 <\/strong>created a historic turning point, transforming Vietnam from a nation facing famine into a leading world rice exporter virtually \u201covernight.\u201d Entering a new era with the aspiration of becoming a developed, high-income nation by 2045, Vietnam faces an urgent need for a similar breakthrough impulse to take off, particularly in the spearhead sectors of Science & Technology (S&T), Innovation, and Digital Transformation.
\n\nThe epochal question posed is: Can we engineer a new \"Khoan 10\" for these key sectors, thereby paving the way for the miraculous development of the entire economy? Can a single institutional breakthrough generate such a magical transformation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaker & Content: Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang \u2013 CEO of BKAV<\/strong> will present this study, scientifically and systematically proving that the answer is YES.\n\nThe key to this \u201cEureka\u201d solution lies in returning to the roots, radically and scientifically clarifying the core nature of the socialist-oriented market economy.
