On April 20, 2026, within the framework of the survey program supporting the development of implementation guidelines for Plan No. 01-KH\/BC\u0110TW of the Central Steering Committee, IGNITE Institute accompanied the Working Delegation of the Department of Digital Transformation and Cryptography under the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam in conducting a field survey in Ninh B\u00ecnh Province and Thanh Li\u00eam Commune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through direct engagement at the local level, experts from IGNITE Institute carried out in-depth interviews to identify and analyze key barriers placing pressure on the local political system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The comprehensive survey results collected in Ninh B\u00ecnh Province and Thanh Li\u00eam Commune provide an important practical foundation for IGNITE Institute to advise on the development of a synchronized and effective implementation guideline framework for Plan No. 01-KH\/BC\u0110TW. This activity contributes to addressing internal challenges, promoting the application of science and technology in Party-building activities and socio-economic development, and advancing toward a modern administration that better serves citizens and businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
