IGNITE Institute Conducts Survey of Public Administrative Service System in Hanoi 

On October 20, 2025, the delegation from the IGNITE Institute conducted a survey and working session at the Hanoi Public Administrative Service Center. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Cu Ngoc Trang – Director of the Center, along with key specialized officers.

During the working session, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the “reception – processing – return” workflow of administrative dossiers, as well as digitization solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, shortening processing times, and improving service quality for citizens and businesses.

The IGNITE Institute delegation also conducted a field survey of actual operations, examining management models and technology applications in administrative reform, specifically focusing on platforms serving digital transformation and open data – key elements in the process of building a digital government for Hanoi Capital.

Within the framework of the session, the IGNITE Institute introduced the “AI Civil Service Assistant” solution – an artificial intelligence application designed to support officers in looking up, synthesizing, and processing administrative information, aiming to enhance management capacity and reduce manual workload.

Both sides exchanged open and constructive views, acknowledging significant potential for cooperation in applying AI technology to administrative reform and public governance. This is regarded as a vital step in promoting comprehensive digital transformation, contributing to elevating the quality of public services and the operational effectiveness of the state administrative apparatus.

The working session between the IGNITE Institute and the Hanoi Public Administrative Service Center took place in a professional, open, and cooperative atmosphere, opening up numerous directions for research and practical implementation in the near future.
