“BEE QIGONG: A HOLISTIC METHOD FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLNESS”
This seminar focuses on introducing Bee Qigong (KCOC) – a health cultivation method developed by the speaker through her personal journey of overcoming a terminal illness, built upon a synthesis of Eastern and Western medical knowledge. Unlike traditional practices often clouded by mysticism, KCOC is grounded in science with 5 comprehensive pillars: balanced nutrition, proper exercise, timely medical care, mental well-being, and the specialized "Bee Breath" technique to enhance circulation and cellular nourishment. The seminar will demonstrate how just 10-15 minutes of daily practice can lead to a healthy body, a robust immune system, and a significant reduction in unnecessary medical and pharmaceutical costs.
