IGNITE Institute Participates in Ministry of Public Security Seminar on AI & Blockchain in the Digital Transformation of Public Security Forces

On November 21 in Bac Ninh, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ai Viet – Director of the IGNITE Institute, participated in a ministerial-level scientific seminar titled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain in National Digital Transformation: Theoretical and Practical Issues in Public Security Work,” organized by the Academy of Security Engineering and Technology.

The seminar gathered leaders from various units under the Ministry of Public Security, along with technology experts and scientists from both within and outside the force. They discussed the role of AI, Blockchain, and digital technologies in ensuring cybersecurity, information safety, and the prevention and control of high-tech crime.

At the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ai Viet presented on cybersecurity challenges and the issue of fake news in the AI era. He also proposed cooperative research solutions to establish a digital security assessment index system and strategies to enhance national technological sovereignty.
